Jaymes Vettraino, School of Business, Chair of Management and Leadership studies, recently contributed two chapters to a new textbook, “Local Government Administration in Small Town America,” published by Routledge. His contribution includes the chapters “Human Resources: Recruitment and Retention in Small Cities and Towns” and “Charting the Path from Technocracy to Democracy.” Prior to his time with RCU, Mr. Vettraino spent 17 years as a city manager, since joining RCU in 2015, he has served as a consultant for dozens of communities throughout Michigan.
