On May 29, RCU awarded Leadership Badges to 18 Oakland County leaders in recognition of their successful completion of the Leadership Academy. The Academy focuses on the areas of strategic leadership, human resource management, and Oakland County’s Eight (8) Strategic Goals. Participants engaged in 20 hours of lectures and peer team training, completed readings, and demonstrated knowledge and skills through reflection assignments and a Capstone project.
