Important Update Announcement: Upcoming Change to Login Credentials

Dear RCU Community,
We are writing to remind you about the important change to our login credentials that will take effect on June 24th.

What is Changing?
Just your login email address, which is part of your key to access RCU services.  

• Your password and code verification will stay the same.
  

Affected Services:
This change will impact your access to the following services:

• RCU Gmail
• RCU Google Drive
• RCU Microsoft365
• Warrior Hub
• RCU Library Books
• RCU Housing Applications

What’s not changing:

• All services remain the same after you login.
• Password and Code verification stay the same.
• Email Delivery is not changing.  Both emails will still deliver messages into your inbox until mid-October.
  
  

What You Need to Do:

• On June 24th login with your username@rcu.edu  
• Example:
  • Current Login: johnd0625@rochesteru.edu 
  • New Login (Effective June 24th): johnd0625@rcu.edu
