We are writing to inform you about an important change to our login credentials that will take effect on June 24th. As part of our ongoing efforts to streamline our systems and improve security, we will be updating the format of our email addresses.
What is Changing?
Starting June 24th, your login credentials for all hosted sites will change from the current format username@rochesteru.edu to the new format username@rcu.edu. Emails will continue to work and go to your inbox for both addresses. You are only changing the login on June 24th.

This change will impact your access to the following services:
RCU Gmail
RCU Google Drive
RCU Microsoft365
Warrior Hub
RCU Library Books
RCU Housing Applications
Any RCU site that prompts you to login to this page:
What You Need to Do:
Update Your Login Information: On or after June 24th, please use your new email address username@rcu.edu to log in to the affected services.
Bookmark the New Login Pages: Ensure that you update any bookmarks or saved links to reflect the new login credentials.
Inform Your Contacts: Notify any relevant contacts of your new email address to ensure seamless communication.
Example:
Current Login: johnd0625@rochesteru.edu
New Login (Effective June 24th): johnd0625@rcu.edu
