Forensics isn’t just for CSI. Solving a crime through unique methods isn’t just for Sherlock Holmes. Literature studies do those same things! Consider taking ENG3513/Critical Theory and Literary Analysis in Spring 2024! While we probably won’t solve crimes, this course offers the study of works such as The Pearl, A Raisin in the Sun, and The Great Gatsby through various literary theories. It makes reading an investigation! This class is multimodal in nature which means your work in the class will consist of digital storytelling, visual responses, video creation, and other media compositions. This course is offered on Monday and Friday from 12:35-2:00 and can satisfy a General Education requirement.
