New Students Housing Application Information

Thank you for your interest in saying YES to greater independence and self-revelation. We are excited to welcome you into our community. As you prepare for Move-In Day please read through the following information which will assist in your campus transition.

Fall/Spring 2024-25 Application

  1. Potential residents must complete the RCU eRezLife Housing Application and profile which indicates their overall interest in living on campus. You must use your RCU login and password to log onto the application website.
  2. Once students are accepted to RCU and registered for classes, Residence Life will email students who have completed the Housing Application a Housing Contract. Once the Student Life office receives the contract, we will place you in campus housing and communicate your roommate information and housing assignment by Early August.

Housing Accommodations

In certain situations, students may need to request special housing and/or dietary accommodations. This is an interactive process, and decisions are made on a case-by-case basis. Please visit Housing Accommodations to learn more about the process and priority deadlines.

Room Inventory Form

RCU’s Room Inventory Form is a simple way to document the condition of your residence hall room as you arrive and should be completed within 24 hours of your assigned move-in day. Failure to complete this form may result in room damage fees upon move out. You can find your room inventory form on your eRezLife profile.
